The method of adding lubricating oil to the open compressor. There are generally three types: suction from the through-hole next to the suction shut-off valve, addition from the oil filling hole, and addition from the lower part of the crankcase. The specific operation steps are as follows:
1. Close the suction shut-off valve, start the compressor for a few minutes, and discharge the refrigerant from the crankcase into the condenser to create a vacuum in the crankcase. Stop the machine and immediately close the exhaust shut-off valve. Slowly unscrew the bypass hole plug of the exhaust shut-off valve and drain the remaining air in the high-pressure chamber. Unscrew the bypass hole plug of the suction shut-off valve, install the tapered joint and copper pipe.
2. Prepare lubricating oil.
3. Press the oil suction pipe with your fingers and start the compressor to extract the air from the crankcase. If liquid hammer phenomenon is found, let the compressor continue to run for 2-3 minutes to create a vacuum in the crankcase. When the fingers holding the pipe feel a strong suction force, it will stop.
4. Immerse the tube mouth pressed by your finger into the oil, then release your hand and the oil will be sucked into the crankshaft tube through the oil pipe.
5. Observe the oil level indicator to see if the indicated oil level has reached the oil level line.
6. Remove the copper pipe and joint, tighten the screw plug, start the compressor to allow the air sucked in the crankcase to be extracted. When no exhaust sound is heard, tighten the exhaust shut-off valve screw plug.
7. Open the suction and exhaust shut-off valves, and the refueling work is completed.
